This agreement ("Agreement") is made between STEM Academy ("Tutor") and the student/parent ("Client") for the provision of tutoring services as described below.
The Tutor agrees to provide individualized instruction in mathematics and/or computer programming to the Client at the agreed upon times and locations (physical or virtual).
Payment is due at the time of service unless a monthly package has been purchased. Monthly packages must be paid in advance and expire 30 days from purchase.
All student information and session content will be kept confidential except as required by law.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 7 days written notice. Prepaid sessions will be refunded on a pro-rated basis.
